About the Role


As the Scrum Master, you will:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
  • Support the development squad to plan, size, commit to and deliver work aligned to agreed outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation and sequencing.
  • Identify and remove impediments that may impact delivery.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints and blockers.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and delivery streams.
  • Monitor delivery flow, capacity, throughput, carryover and overall delivery confidence.
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, impediments and team health to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Release Managers and Technology Leads to support delivery and release readiness.
  • Use delivery metrics and team feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coach the team in Agile ways of working and promote collaboration, accountability and shared ownership.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and effective communication.


Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional.
  • Strong practical understanding of Agile and Scrum, with working knowledge of Kanban.
  • Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting high-performing delivery teams.
  • Strong experience in impediment removal, dependency management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience partnering with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation and delivery planning.
  • Experience working across complex, cross-functional technology environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools.
  • Ability to use delivery metrics to identify risks, improve predictability and support continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies or delivery partners is highly desirable.
  • Experience in digital, eCommerce, customer experience, or
  • another regulated environment.
