  We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering and operating cutting-edge DevSecOps capabilities for Defence initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Guide Agile teams with routine Scrum ceremonies: planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage DevSecOps task boards (e.g., Jira) and ensure transparent workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise resource efficiency and project outcomes.
• Monitor, manage and report on deliveries, milestones, and demos.
• Support project planning – scheduling, resourcing, and tech target setting.
• Contribute to shaping Defence-specific DevSecOps business processes and Agile practices.
• Onboard and support application sustainment teams using the DevSecOps platform.
