SCRUM MASTER - PAYMENTS:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Payments for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SCRUM MASTER - PAYMENTS - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves managing multiple payments-focused projects within a leading financial institution, utilizing a hybrid PDLC/Agile/Scrum framework. The role requires driving continuous improvement and adapting processes to maximize productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

SCRUM MASTER - PAYMENTS - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Jira / Confluence
• IT delivery (SDLC / PDLC Agile and Scale agile)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of roadmaps and program increment planning
• Experience with payments
• Status reporting metrics for executives

SCRUM MASTER - PAYMENTS – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• PMP certification

• Drive continuous improvement and change, acting as a change agent
• Operate in a hybrid environment handling PDLC, Agile, and Scale Agile projects
• Engage stakeholders to identify and manage impediments and project outcomes
• Identify Agile team improvement opportunities and incorporate best practices
• Ensure all work is acknowledged and accounted for in the Product Backlog
• Enforce Agile practices and ceremonies
• Provide advice and guidance to the Agile project team on best practices
• Manage Work In Progress Limits to maintain team productivity
