REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with strong experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain to support Agile delivery across complex projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving team collaboration, removing impediments, and enabling continuous improvement within regulated environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Ensure delivery of sprint commitments while fostering continuous improvement and team efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, risks, and blockers affecting delivery.
  • Support release planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization with Product Owners.
  • Track and report on Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.).
  • Act as a servant leader and Agile advocate across teams and the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and life sciences regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, FDA).
