* Manage SAP project timelines, dependencies, and releases * Identify and proactively mitigate risks: Resource constraints, Technical bottlenecks Cross-workstream dependencies Education & Certifications : * Information Systems * Computer Science * Business Administration (with IT focus) * Agile & PMP certifications preferred Technical Skills: * Strong Jira (Scrum/Kanban) * Agile Tooling & Reporting: * Confluence (documentation, sprint artifacts) * Advanced reporting (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow) Personal Attributes: * Ability to manage and guide cross-functional SAP teams * Skilled in removing blockers and driving accountability without authority * Communication & Stakeholder Management * Excellent communication skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Data-driven mindset (leveraging Jira metrics and KPIs) * Strong team player with global delivery exposure At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
