Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Team FacilitationFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives and other Scrum ceremonies.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritised and delivery-ready backlogs.
Support Product Owners and delivery teams in breaking down larger initiatives into actionable user stories and sprint objectives.
Help teams remain focused on agreed sprint goals and delivery outcomes.
Identify and remove blockers that may impact delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across Scrum teams.
Promote strong Agile practices and collaborative ways of working.
Support delivery across multiple teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
Planning & CoordinationCoordinate activity across Product Owners, technology teams, Release Managers, Support Managers and wider programme stakeholders.
Support planning and sequencing across multiple applications, workstreams and delivery teams.
Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and upcoming priorities.
Support release planning, readiness and coordination across interconnected systems.
Help ensure delivery activity remains aligned to wider programme objectives.
Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of coordination between business and technology stakeholders.
Provide clear, accurate and transparent reporting on delivery progress.
Communicate risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions effectively.
Engage with senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams.
Support resolution of delivery challenges and competing priorities.
Technology & Delivery EnvironmentThe role will operate across a mixed enterprise application environment, including:Salesforce-based applications
Legacy enterprise applications
Application integrations and dependencies
Wider digital and technology platforms
Direct Salesforce experience is highly beneficial, although deep technical or development-level Salesforce expertise is not required.
