  • Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Team FacilitationFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives and other Scrum ceremonies.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritised and delivery-ready backlogs.
  • Support Product Owners and delivery teams in breaking down larger initiatives into actionable user stories and sprint objectives.
  • Help teams remain focused on agreed sprint goals and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify and remove blockers that may impact delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Scrum teams.
  • Promote strong Agile practices and collaborative ways of working.
  • Support delivery across multiple teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Planning & CoordinationCoordinate activity across Product Owners, technology teams, Release Managers, Support Managers and wider programme stakeholders.
  • Support planning and sequencing across multiple applications, workstreams and delivery teams.
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
  • Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and upcoming priorities.
  • Support release planning, readiness and coordination across interconnected systems.
  • Help ensure delivery activity remains aligned to wider programme objectives.
  • Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of coordination between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, accurate and transparent reporting on delivery progress.
  • Communicate risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions effectively.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
  • Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams.
  • Support resolution of delivery challenges and competing priorities.
  • Technology & Delivery EnvironmentThe role will operate across a mixed enterprise application environment, including:Salesforce-based applications
  • Legacy enterprise applications
  • Application integrations and dependencies
  • Wider digital and technology platforms
  • Direct Salesforce experience is highly beneficial, although deep technical or development-level Salesforce expertise is not required.
