The Team:
T. Rowe Price’s Central Data Office (CDO) is looking for Scrum Master to support and drive software development in multiple distributed teams and to develop organizational Agile maturity and transparency across the Business segments and product lines, to ensure the delivery of the product roadmap.
This role is a great opportunity to make an impact on delivery practices in a fast-paced, financial service, software organization that is driven by innovation and development of an agile mindset. CDO is a relatively new team of multiple squads and needs the skills of an experienced Scrum Master to embed consistent practices to develop maturity and visibility across teams.
The Impact:
You will be reporting to the Program Manager and working with and leading cross functional teams of Technical Leads, Business / Technical Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners, and internal / external technical teams in an internationally distributed environment.
The role will be challenging, fast paced and diverse, covering multiple product deliveries across different time zones. You will need to be someone who has experience to engage in multiple levels of the project from supporting strategic decision making to ‘getting into the weeds’ to resolve a problem if required.
