Description
Scrum Master Duties Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs. Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.). Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Project Management Duties Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and project management. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience managing hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects. Background in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
