Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project methodology. Manage change requests, ensuring impact analysis and approvals are properly handled. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Drive user adoption by supporting training, change management, and stakeholder communications.
