This is a hands-on product role with genuine ownership and a huge opportunity for growth. You’ll take responsibility for a key product area, working directly with customers, engineering and leadership to understand complex problems, shape solutions and take them through to delivery.

You’ll be close to the detail, from customer discovery and product strategy through to specifications, prototyping, implementation and measuring the impact of what you build.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team where you’ll have a real say in the product direction, reporting to a top Head of Product with plenty of scope to make your mark.

Ideally, your experience looks something like this:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Management
• A track record of taking products or features from discovery through to launch
• Strong customer-facing experience and an ability to turn customer problems into product decisions
• Comfortable working closely with engineers, founders and senior stakeholders
• Experience writing clear product specifications and working hands-on with prototypes and AI tools
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
• Naturally curious and able to get up to speed quickly in complex environments
• Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential
