Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a Scrum Master SAFe Transformation (m/f/d) for a full-time position to support the development of a scaled agile organization based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for our client in Würzburg. Our client is a well-known energy supplier.


What you bring to the table


: - You have completed vocational training, such as IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), IT systems management specialist (m/f/d), or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or a comparable qualification

. - You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) and sound knowledge of Scrum and SAFe

. - You have experience coaching teams and agile roles, as well as working in scaled organizations

. - You are proficient with Jira and ideally also with Jira Advanced Roadmaps

. - You have experience in moderation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

- As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you know how to use available metrics (flow, predictability, quality, stability) as a basis for continuous, data-driven improvement.

- You have a good understanding of BizDevOps approaches and the alignment with value streams

. - You have excellent written and spoken German skills.

- You impress with your communication and organizational skills. Independent work style

- You are reliable, a team player, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.


The job


- As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will support several agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) and promote cross-team collaboration

. You will support the application and further development of Scrum and SAFe practices in daily work and help to implement agile principles.

- You plan, moderate, and facilitate SAFe events such as PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt Workshops

. - You coach teams and roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, and Release Train Engineer

. - You identify and address impediments at the team, ART, and organizational levels

. - You establish and utilize metrics for continuous, data-driven improvement (e.g., flow, quality, predictability)

. - You actively work with Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps as needed) to map backlogs, features, enablers, and dependencies

. - You support the structured use of Jira (e.g., maintaining boards, workflows, refinements, PI Planning).
