SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience as a Scrum Master of Salesforce projects;
• 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on back-end development.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, standard data, and security model.
• Expertise in Apex development, Flows and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Extensive experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols (OAuth 2 flows) and their documentation (Swagger, OpenAPI).
• Experience with Salesforce standard integration best practices (External Services, Mocks).
• Proven experience of building, automating, and deploying software to production.
• Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests and approach to identify tests.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.
• Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Salesforce technical certifications are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Support the Technical Team Lead in the tracking and assessment of the Agile KPI of the Product team.
• Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
• Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
• Participate in onboarding and coaching new members of the delivery team.
