Be able to effectively coach and mentor team members to ensure they can self-manage and make decisions independently. Have experience in PMO, project billing or financial operations Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Strong experience in building excel dashboards and reports Good understanding of project lifecycles, billing models (T&M, Fixed Price), and cost management * Be a strong facilitator and communicator Be able to clearly articulate ideas and facilitate discussions among team members. * Be proactive and solution-oriented Identify and remove impediments to progress and help the team stay focused on delivery Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. * Have experience working with distributed or remote teams Have a familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence Responsibilities: * Facilitate the Scrum process, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings Ensure the team is fully functional and supported, removing any impediments to progress * Coach the team on self-organisation and cross-functionality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team * Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions. Work with the Product Owner to order the product backlog and ensure the highest value items are prioritized Support the team in making data-driven decisions using metrics and other relevant Educate stakeholders on the Scrum process and its benefits Coach (not coerce!) the team in faster more effecient delivery approaches Manage project billing cycles in collaboration with finance and project managers * Support PMs with budget vs actuals analysis and variance explanations * Standardize templates and processes for billing and financial reporting * Assist with forecasting, financial planning, and resource utilization reporting Requirements: * Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach * Strong understanding of the principles and practices of Scrum * Experience working with cross-functional teams * 2 - 3 years of experience in PMO, project billing or financial operations * Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) * Excellent communication and facilitation skills * Ability to coach and mentor team members * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment t * Determined to help the team deliver and overcome friction and challenge * Optimistic, approachable and inventive * Experience working in a product development or software engineering environment * Experience in coaching organisations towards agility
