Description

Role: Scrum Master – Salesforce (SFDC) Platform Responsibilities: Implement Project Management methodologies and best practices to onboard Salesforce (SFDC) project teams, integrate them into the organization, and provide comprehensive details of the Salesforce ecosystem, products, and workflows. Assist the Product Owner with managing and prioritizing the Salesforce Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform enhancement goals. Address roadblocks and help the Salesforce development team stay focused on iteration tasks; proactively identify and remove any impediments or distractions that could hinder sprint progress. Facilitate seamless communication and information exchange between the Salesforce delivery teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functional business groups to ensure project transparency and alignment. Keep all parties informed and aligned by hosting daily team meetings to review project status, address potential issues, and ensure Salesforce implementations remain on track. Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies and manage GitLab (or Jira) stories, including creation, updates, and closure, ensuring proper documentation and traceability for Salesforce features and user stories. Maintain the Sprint board and manage the distribution of Salesforce stories and tasks among team members to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and Sprint Review sessions, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration within the Salesforce delivery team.

Responsibilities

The Scrum Master will implement project management methodologies for Salesforce project teams and assist the Product Owner in managing the Salesforce Product Backlog. They will facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
