Our client, a leading bank in Luxembourg, are seeking a Scrum Master to play a pivotal role in guiding project teams though Agile ways of working. You’ll be involved in a range of software and digital transformation projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Agile principles and a proven ability to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and high team performance.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Scrum Master certification.
  • A university degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile delivery environment, working in the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with banking software (Temenos would be ideal)
  • A solid understanding of the software lifecycle and its operational management.
  • Extensive experience in Agile delivery methodology, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
  • Exceptional English language skills (German, French, or additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Guide Agile teams through projects towards improved collaboration, empowerment, and transparency.
  • Support teams in achieving high performance, fostering self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and Product Owners to define clear goals, priorities, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, facilitating conflict resolution and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Champion Agile best practices, metrics, and quality standards to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate on resource planning, dependency management, and cross-departmental involvement for effective project delivery.
