Job Description

Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. From strategy to implementation, our approach is fiercely human. In six countries and 45 markets, we deeply understand our customers—and their customers—to deliver practical, end-to-end solutions that drive meaningful impact. Backed by close partnerships with over 400 leading technology providers, our 13,000+ strong team helps people and organisations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows for all. We’re honoured to be consistently recognised as a great place to work by Glassdoor and being one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For seven years running.

Role

This role is responsible for leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are delivered effectively while adapting them to meet the needs of both the organisation and the team. The Scrum Master coaches teams to collaborate efficiently, organise their work successfully, and make realistic commitments that result in reliable product increments. Working closely with the Product Owner, they help provide a clear vision and direction for the product or service, ensuring the team understands where it is headed. They also support and mentor the Product Owner in making informed product decisions, fostering strong product ownership practices, and addressing any behaviours or anti-patterns that may hinder the success of the team or product.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with a passion for building self-organising, high-performing teams.
  • Skilled facilitator and coach, enabling teams to take ownership of their processes, resolve conflicts effectively, and deliver against shared goals.
  • Experienced in partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive alignment, secure buy-in, and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborative and influential communicator, able to build strong relationships across technical teams and business functions within global organisations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology Product or Service Delivery.
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Agile Certification (CSM, PSM) desirable.
  • Advanced Knowledge of at least one complimentary Agile practice Kanban or Lean Startup.
  • Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks(SAFEe, LeSS) as well as waterfall frameworks(PRINCE2 or PMP).

We have a question for you - and it’s something we’re really passionate about. Can you imagine a world in which you can truly love your life and your work? Well, we have some good news – creating that world and making this vision a reality is what we get out of bed for, it’s our north star.

  • But what do we really mean when we talk about loving your life and your work? Let’s take a look at the ways in which we help our team members to achieve this – and the ‘how’.
