ABOUT US:

We are a leading technology solutions provider, committed to delivering innovative and scalable cloud solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing scrum events in any one of the following: GCP cloud foundation build, on-premises to GCP migration, and Vertex AI implementation projects using Jira and Confluence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing cloud-related projects.
Hands-on experience in cloud foundation building, on-premises to GCP migration, and Vertex AI implementation.
Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and IAM.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, particularly Vertex AI.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, and Grafana.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools like Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
Experience with API management and microservices architecture.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage and coordinate cloud foundation building projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
Oversee the migration of on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Vertex AI solutions for advanced machine learning and AI capabilities.
Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage tasks, and document project details.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Remove impediments and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve project goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues through DSR, WSR, ESR
