Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Scrum Master for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Charlotte, NC!
Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-Site Required)
Duration: 24 Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Pay Rate: $65/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel.
• This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of initiatives within the multi-year Corporate and Strategic Finance Modernization program. This role will serve as a servant-leader and coach for 2-3 Agile teams, ensuring that agile principles and practices are effectively applied to drive high-quality delivery, foster team collaboration, and remove impediments to progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban & SAFe)
• Agile Coaching
• Agile Delivery
• Agile Methodologies
• Agile Metrics
• Agile Metrics, Pi - Planning and Quality Assurance
• JIRA, Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master
• Knowledge Microsoft Office Products. (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Office Products)
• Microsoft Sharepoint
• Release Management
