The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in developing web applications. What You Will Do... Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while promoting Agile values and principles. Prepare and present Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to support team performance tracking and decision-making. Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress. Coach and mentor team members to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between development efforts and business objectives. Foster transparency and maintain open communication across teams and stakeholders. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and adaptation. Support risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth and timely delivery. What Is Your Experience... Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in Scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Developer, Tester, or Product Owner. Understanding of project management best practices. Proficient with Agile collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Miro). Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in both spoken and written English (knowledge of French will be an asset). Personal Characteristics... Out-of-the-box thinking abilities. Accurate and analytical. Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Coaching posture and techniques. Continuous improvement mindset. Planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
