Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Proven expertise in the insurance industry or insurance products (finance insurance - F&I products / P&C). Note: Health insurance experience is not applicable.
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge and ability to implement Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with AWS (application hosted in AWS). Must be capable of understanding technical discussions related to AWS design (e.g., EC2, Lambda, etc.).

Key Hard Skills:

• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc., for task tracking and progress management.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to comprehend technical aspects of projects to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
• Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing project data to support decision-making and improve processes.

Negotiable Details:

• Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire with potential extensions.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
