Provide locations/flexible work by preference:

Manager is not looking to source out of any other tech hub that is not listed at this moment
Ability to work remote: Yes, 3 days in office, 2 remote
Target Start Date: 08/25/25
Intended length of Assignment: 02/27/26
Function of the Group: Mitigation on the enterprise level – automate manual processes
Initiatives/Projects: Team has their hands in a lot of other teams, deployments to help automate process for the cab domain groups that review CRS. For PGA organization we automate
things like title changes and do a lot of regulation automation. We’re automating sending out bank letters, bots that deal with fraud (holds/no hold on accounts). We deal with access certifications at the enterprise level for any type of OIM entitlement. Partnering up with PGA group, doing a lot of work for them including mortgage banking and mortgage lending bots.

  • Scheduling work across Dev’s and QE, who will complete what throughout each sprint.Speaking with team to find issues and then address issues with tech lead or another QE lead

    Summary:
    The main function is to guide a team to use Agile and Scrum practices and values to meet customer needs. The typical Scrum master coaches a team to perform all task according to scrum processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process..
  • Handle traditional project management duties including: scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, and risk/issue management.
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
  • Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into the working software.
  • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • ScrumMaster Certification Preferred but not required3-6 years experience required.
