Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to participate in an agile transformation for a major government program. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs. The coach will be responsible for identifying and launching teams/ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Three years of agile experience (Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
  • One year of project/program management experience
  • One year of software development/information technology experience

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:

  • IRS GFE (laptop, badge)
