About the role: We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master & Team Lead to drive Agile processes and provide People management for UA colleagues in 2 DevOps teams: Developer Experience and Cloud Platform. The goal of the Developer Experience team is to enable ~400 software developers in 3Shape to work efficiently and to ship production-ready software products to 3Shape customers whenever they want, through a fully automated delivery pipeline. Cloud Platform teamis working on setting the standards for DevOps in Azure including better focus on Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and assisting the teams in overseeing the infrastructure. Big part of your tasks will come from the roadmap defined together with software developers from all over the organization. Examples include major migration TeamCity to GitHub Actions and development of shared platform for running cloud products. At 3Shape, software development is done by self-organizing agile teams, using Scrum as our primary development methodology. Your key responsibilities will be: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment.
