Duration: 12 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support our Loyalty and 3rd Party Delivery squads within the Digital & Technology organization. This role will lead Agile practices across cross-functional squads composed of diverse team members and stakeholders. As a Scrum Master, you will guide the teams in Agile ceremonies, coach on Agile best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery through team metrics, continuous improvement, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads, facilitating all standard Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Champion Agile values and principles, helping teams adopt and refine practices that lead to better outcomes.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and report on team progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and removing impediments and promoting an environment of learning and iteration.
  • Work with leadership to scale Agile practices and foster team accountability and ownership.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and drive release coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Leverage tools such as Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Monday.com to manage workflows, maintain visibility, and support reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • Scrum certification or intent to obtain certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally with experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross-functional technology teams.
  • Prior experience supporting teams in Loyalty, 3rd Party Delivery, Ecommerce, or adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to coach teams toward greater agility and performance.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
