• Ensuring collaborative and efficient work: To deliver high-quality products.
• Working with the Product Owner: To prioritize the product backlog.
• Identifying and troubleshooting obstacles: That hinder the team’s progress.
• Promoting continuous improvement: Through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues: To stakeholders.
• Tracking KPIs: And helping teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
