Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.

Act as a change agent on the squad, ensuring squads adhere to the agile development methodology and encouraging continuous process improvement.

Remove impediments and shield the development team from external interference to ensure work is delivered on schedule.

Manage the release process and coordinate with other squads and teams for external dependencies.

Track squad velocity and performance, identifying opportunities for delivery improvement and keeping the squad on track to deliver goals.

Champion the agile mindset and ways of working to drive a culture of flexibility, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Encourage the squad through challenges and conflict, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Provide support to the squad using a servant leadership style wherever possible, leading by example through transparency, accountability and collaboration to optimise delivery outcomes.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
