• Create a pathway to establish Scrum processes and methodologies on all new and existing projects to maximize team effectiveness.
• Work with project teams to enable them to improve Scrum Framework practices, and generate excitement around utilizing Scrum methodology
• Facilitate cross functional communication within the wider organization
• Uphold the pillars of Scrum (transparency, inspection, and adaptation) across the organization
