Experience:

  • 8+ years of work experience in software industry or related fields
  • 5+ years of work experience playing the ScrumMaster role for a software development team
  • Experience with agile practices, patterns, and techniques
  • Has worked in Agile Framework

Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
  • Experience in JIRA/Confluence
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams, requiring close consultation and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ‘servant’ leadership skills.
  • Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Advance Computer Science, Project Management, Information System Management, or related field
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team follows Agile framework.
  • Supports the Product Owner (PO) and acts as a bridge between the PO, team, and the organization
  • Creates a collaborative team environment where development team and support team work efficiently
  • Identify and lead the impediments solving process, removes obstacles, promotes self-organizing teams
  • Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, SOS
  • Set quantitative performance goals using Process Prediction Models (PPMs)
  • Monitor and analyse process performance goals and take appropriate sub-process modifications.
  • Analyse root causes for deviations observed for the project parameters or project performance and take necessary corrective actions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
