Description

Facilitate the Scrum framework with respect to ceremonies, artifacts, and roles. Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum values and practices, by coaching the Scrum team on Agile values, principles, and practices. Ensure the Scrum team's goals are understood by every member. Lead the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the Scrum team; Help the PO manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope. Collect and analyse Agile metrics, with a focus on improvement. Identify ways to increase effectiveness. Maintain clear and consistent channels of communication with managers, teams, and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree Experience in project management and/or Scrum Agile delivery knowledge Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience preferred. Scrum certifications are a plus, eg Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I) Kanban and/or ScrumBan experience is a plus. B2 Upper intermediate English skills Desire to engage in continuous learning. Passion for Digital and software development. Experience serving teams working remote; hands-on attitude regarding problem solving and impediments removal. Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
