This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Kerala JobType: full-time We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master to support agile delivery and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong functional understanding of product requirements, hands-on exposure to application or infrastructure projects, and a passion for improving delivery efficiency in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Gather, analyze, and document project requirements, supporting development teams with clarity and context. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization. Track sprint progress, dependencies, and risks, ensuring timely delivery. Support project tracking, reporting, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance agile execution and team productivity. Collaborate closely with client Product Owners and Project Managers to align on delivery goals. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Junior Technical Project Manager, or similar role. Early career exposure to application development or infrastructure projects. Experience working with client-facing Product Owners or Project Managers. Strong verbal communication and coordination skills. Ability to work regularly from the office. Willingness to overlap with client working hours (up to ~9 PM as required). Clear intent to join; immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a startup or SMB environment. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting or managing client implementations of software products.
