KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives * Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence * Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals * Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog * Track and report key metrics like velocity, sprint progress, and burn-down charts * Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performing Agile team environment * Support release planning and coordinate across multiple teams if required * Coach team members on Agile maturity and self-organization -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
