Description DEPARTMENT: SCSEP ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to the SCSEP Director STATUS: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt) JOB SUMMARY: The Data and Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the statewide Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). This position is responsible for overseeing data management, ensuring compliance, coordinating staff training, managing durational limits, and providing operational support for special projects. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and efficiently. Essential Functions: · Review program performance, create strategy for goal achievement · Create trainings for staff and participants · Manage all data entry into Cumulus, GPMS, and Paylocity systems · Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data records · Investigate and resolve incomplete or inaccurate records promptly · Review and correct new enrollment application packets · Scan and upload participant information to the NCOA Data Center · Complete E-Verify for incoming participants · Review recertification documentation for compliance · Generate and submit required data reports · Conduct follow-ups and enter results into databases · Supervise and train Participant Assistants · Monitor, advise, and execute durational exits · Provide guidance to participants and Participant Specialists on paperwork completion via phone/email · Prepare physical files (labels, organize sections, coordinate with filing assistant) Requirements · Continuously seek out ways to improve quality of data process, system, and filing · Ensure all data storage, retrieval, and management is conducted in a HIPAA compliant way · Payroll processing · Special projects o Placements effort support for Participant Specialists § Make appointments with local participants to do hand over hand resume building, online applications, and interview coaching o Participant recruitment support for Participant Specialists § Visit local senior centers, low-income senior housing, and resource centers to recruit new participants; contact other regions by phone/virtual meeting/ email o Host agency recruitment § Make appointments with local executive directors to discuss the SCSEP program and establish new host agencies; contact other regions by phone/virtual meeting/ email o Mass mailers o Board fill-ins (both virtual and in-person) o Supply orders liaison with Front Desk o Delivery for new computers/ onboarding in special circumstances Skills Needed: · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work in databases for 8 hours per day (continuously looking at a computer) · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of data · Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft office, scanning, Adobe signatures) · WPM 45+ · People skills · Confidence · Ability to follow instructions and to work independently · Ability to travel as needed Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that might be required of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
