ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking full-time Scullery Attendant to join our Catering team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our back of house operations in our food court and restaurants.

Duties will include:

  • Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment
  • Clear and clean tables when required
  • Cleaning of work areas
  • Assist with the set-up of service
  • Sweep and clean floors
  • Ensure appropriate disposal of waste

This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.
