Description
Responsibilities
Innovate and Develop: You will design and develop state-of-the-art laser-based diagnostic techniques (both linear and non-linear) to analyze various states of matter and for particle manipulation applications.
Research and Test: You’ll create, test, and validate novel concepts in nano-analytical techniques using laser technologies, contributing new insights and solutions.
Lead and Initiate Projects: You’ll define and lead new project activities, including preparing and submitting proposals for competitive funding, while building partnerships with industry leaders such as instrument manufacturers.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: You’ll actively collaborate with internal and external researchers to drive interdisciplinary activities and expand the impact of your work.
Mentor Future Scientists: You’ll guide and support post-doctoral researchers and PhD students, playing a key role in their development and project success.
Disseminate Research: You’ll promote and share R&D results through patents, licenses, prototypes, publications, technical reports, and conference presentations, enhancing the visibility and impact of our work.
Manage Laboratory Resources: You’ll participate in managing our group’s laboratories, oversee specific instruments, ensure quality and compliance standards, and train users on equipment and protocols.
You’ll provide regular updates to the group leader, helping to shape the strategic direction and success of the team
