Job Description As Oracle Functional Consulant, you would be a part of Enterprise Applications Team of Entain and responsible for: Responsible for taking a Lead HCM Functional with Security Consultant role in Oracle HCM Cloud Projects Act as Oracle Cloud HCM\Security SME to understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations of the Oracle HCM module Reviewing quarterly patch release documentation and conducting impact analysis Designing, building, testing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM , especially Core HR, and Absences Good understanding of ESC and Security Framework. Proficient in Core HR processes and setups Should be able to provide Normalized solutions for security management wrt various Roles, Privileges and Secured Data access across various locations and business. Good at AORs, Approval Rules, User and Role creations and Security Profiles. Fair Knowledge in Page customizations with Sandbox Providing regular Functional support to the Data Migration team throughout the project Supporting projects through user testing and go live and the transition of deliverables to Production.
