Job Title: SDET Test Engineer with Cloud & Video Conferencing Experience
Job Summary:
Project Starline is working on the next wave of machine learning (AI) driven telecommunication devices, that enable co-presence through 3D displays, face tracking, machine learning, and multi-capture camera with cloud-based rendering and teleportation capabilities that transport users across the globe.
We are looking for those experienced with system testing in the unified communications and/or video conferencing space.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in test planning and, test strategy development.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Test Automation in at least one programming language.
  • Adept at troubleshooting complex systems integration issues through log analysis.
  • Defect Triage experience, create workflows and standards for managing and routing defects.
  • Proficient with Linux CLI and/or mobile architecture with hands-on command-line experience.
  • Proficient with defect tracking tools, defect management and release triage methodologies.
  • Can do attitude, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead and organize software testing team, ensuring all release deliverables are met on time.
  • Organize and execute on test strategy and plans provided by program management.
  • Manage transformation of PRD’s and new features into test cases to maximize test coverage.
  • Represent QA team at release meetings with critical data that impacts gating decisions.
  • Improve existing software testing processes and methodologies.
  • Drive critical bugs to closure, to quickly unblock releases.
