As an Educator or Senior Educator, you will work alongside a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children. About the role: - To develop, deliver and evaluate quality early learning programs tailored to children’s needs and interests. - To monitor and document children’s development using Early Years Learning Framework principles. - To create a safe, stimulating and age-appropriate environment supporting all areas of development. - To build nurturing relationships and support children’s emotional wellbeing, dignity and rights. - To assist with physical care, including toileting, dressing and mealtimes. - To participate in planning, reflection and teamwork within the room. - To maintain professionalism, confidentiality and effective communication with families, staff and stakeholders. To perform other duties as directed by management.
