This role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring optimal network performance across global environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service reliability and deliver exceptional customer experience. What you’ll do Deliver expert-level technical support for SDN platforms and related network technologies. Diagnose and resolve complex incidents within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Monitor network health and proactively identify potential issues. Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base for continuous improvement. Who you are Strong understanding of SDN concepts, protocols, and architecture. Hands-on experience with SDN controllers and virtualised network functions. Proficient in troubleshooting network issues and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
