SERVICE DELIVERY OFFICER (SDO) KRAs: Responsible for servicing any walk-in customers of the bank irrespective of the segment/mapping. Regular generation of leads for NTB customer and cross sell. The SDO will act as a backup to the SO. Non-transaction related servicing at the Branch – Audit, Reconciliation of Branch Accounts Customer query resolution – Should have a desire to know and understand financial terminology Cross selling of financial products Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed. Providing quality of experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES: Atleast 3 years in branch banking operations. Post-graduate or graduate with appropriate experience. Primary motivation customer service through querry resolution A senior teller or branch operations person.
