The Role We are hiring a high-impact SDR/BDR for Benelux Market to build top-of-funnel pipeline across enterprise financial services. This is a critical role in our go-to-market engine, focused on identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating qualified pipeline for Account Executives. What You’ll Do • Build and own outbound pipeline across target accounts • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) • Qualify leads and convert into high-quality meetings • Work closely with AEs and leadership on target accounts • Leverage events, partnerships, and network for pipeline • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback Requirements • 4+ years experience in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales roles • Strong background in Financial Services (banks, insurance, fintech) – strong plus • Experience selling AI / GenAI / SaaS solutions – strong advantage • Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch • Strong communication skills and executive presence • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments Region Focus • Focus on Tier 1–3 financial institutions across key regions • Multi-country, multi-language environments • Compliance-driven outreach (GDPR, governance, risk) Why Join Insait This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI company at an early stage of global expansion.
