We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com SEA EXPORT EXECUTIVE Working Location: 117, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa W., HCMC Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering high-quality operational excellence to support Seamaster’s growth and enhance customer experience. The position focuses on driving customer satisfaction and retention, contributing to overall business success. Job Description: Receive handover job file from Customer Service and create console into CW1 timely. Receive SI, VGM, ISF from Clients, check and verify if any mismatch then makes draft HBL/FCR, proforma invoice to Clients timely and get their confirmation before issuing the final documents. Submit SI, VGM to carriers or NVOCCs before their document deadline cut-off and checking draft MBL careful make sure MBL, HBL and manifest are all set. Arrange AMS, e-Manifest, ISF filing timely and follow up the status until it was on filed and coordinate with related parties to solve any mismatch timely to avoid huge penalty. Collect invoice from carriers, NVOCCs, vendors to check and confirm the invoice is correct. Then pass to Ops Finance to input CW1 and transfer to COE for processing payment. Make sure to arrange payment timely to get Seaway, Telex released MBL before vessel arrive and payment deadline of carrier to avoid late payment fee or DEM/DET occur at destination. Provide necessary document to carriers, NVOCCs to collect MBL Original, Seaway or Surrendered/Telex Released and upload into CW1 e-Doc. Issue Original or Surrendered/Telex Released HBL to Clients against collecting their LOI and payment. Then keep overseas agents be informed the status of cargo releasing. Send pre-alert to overseas agents timely. Meet all Ocean compliance, KPIs and follow the process of the company. Coordinate with team and other departments (Sale, Finance, Logistics, Legal, etc) to ensure that all business could be handled smoothly. Solve the unforeseen problem (if any). Other tasks will be assigned by Supervisor or Manager. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight export operations. Strong knowledge of CW1 system and ocean compliance requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficient in MS Office and CW1. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. What moves you?
