Join the winning team now.Work you’ll do: Co-ordinates and consolidates monthly financial data submitted by countries and business functions by the stipulated timelines. Provides necessary supports to Southeast Asia Finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results. Ability to design templates and reports to facilitate Planning, Forecast and Actual financials preparation and consolidation. Assist in the preparation of financial dashboards and various meeting materials. Liaise and coordinate with local country finance and business functions for relevant financials insights. Coordinate submission of monthly reports to Asia Pacific and Global Office not later than the due dates. Any other assignments or projects which may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Bachelor or Degree in Accountancy or Business Management can apply Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience using SAP System and Power BI is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills Strong MS Office knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel Excellent organization and administrative support skills Excellent time management and ability to perform in a deadline-based environment Strong team player that focus in support the team in achieving results Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and fluent in English (verbal and written) Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
