Responsibilities:

• Document processing for Export Ocean
• Ensure optimisation of own GRP while load planning considering operational & financial aspects.
• Administer accurate file opening/ checking/ updating/ closing and archiving within the defined KPIs
• Issuance of shipping certificates when needed or necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other relevant field of studies.
• Able to start work immediately
• Experience in data entry (system or report updates) and basic administration tasks.
