SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of export shipments (LCL & FCL) from start to finish, working with a reputable UK freight forwarder committed to high-quality service and employee development.

From You?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sea freight export operations (LCL or FCL essential)
• Prior experience working within a UK freight forwarder
• Strong understanding of end-to-end export processes and documentation
• Experience with Cargowise is desirable (but not essential)
• Quoting experience viewed favourably
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Job Role:

• Manage LCL and FCL sea export shipments from origin to destination
• Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and shipping lines to coordinate transport and documentation
• Organise collections, produce export documentation, and arrange export customs clearance
• Ensure accurate file costing, billing, and operational compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the export process
