Description

Independent handling of worldwide sea freight import shipments – from order entry to final delivery
Organization, monitoring and coordination of the entire transport chain while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Communication with shipping companies, customers and partners at the national and international level
Preparation, review and management of all relevant transport and customs documents (including import processing via ATLAS)
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring smooth import processing
Handling complaints and claims, as well as close coordination with internal interfaces.
Maintenance of customer and order data in the Transport Management System (TMS)

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of sea freight import – mandatory.
Good knowledge of customs clearance (ATLAS, import procedures)
Proficient use of MS Office and common freight forwarding software
