Join the winning team now!Work you’ll do  Assist with software installations and updates using SCCM. Assist in Windows setup and imaging for workstations. Provide support (3rd level end user support) by helping with troubleshooting or manually installing applications, including handling incident tickets. Be responsible for generating SCCM reports and updating the team on certain application deployment status (based on request). Monitor non-compliant workstations and servers and assist in fixing them with guidance from the team. Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office / Power Platform and Microsoft Windows technology such as Windows Operating System, SCCM, Intune and similar.
