ABOUT YOU

  • Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or Dipoma holder with 6-8 yrs of experience in manage pilot plant or similar activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
  • Basic English and local language
  • About 10% travelling within South East Asia region
  • Experience in shipping documentation, pilot team coordination is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of compound and chocolate and related application such as confectionery, ice cream, bakery are an added advantage
  • Experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Salesforce, SAP,…)
  • Good in stakeholder management skill
  • Experience in machine or maintenance or engineering activities will be an added advantage.
  • Able to guide and mentoring junior and/or technician.
  • Problem solving mindset

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • SEA Lab coordinator is responsible in coordinating and execute pilot trials, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and reproducibility of results
  • He/She is responsible for the facility of pilot lab, liaise with maintenance and supplier to ensure clean and safe workplace and equipment are well maintained.
  • Support HACCP and GMP compliance within the laboratory by overseeing pest control, calibration, and other quality assurance measures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to 5S and GMP practices.
  • Review and update quality documentation as needed to ensure alignment with current standards and procedures.
  • Support and manage and fulfill sample requests by preparing all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating with internal departments such as the warehouse to ensure continuous availability of inventory for Sample Rooms.
  • Assist with ITEM creation, recipe formulation, sensory evaluation coordination, change request management and documentation.
  • Coordinate and support factory team on the commercialization and technical related topics link to their projects.
  • Scope: SEA - Chocolate FM, GM, Cocoa, Regional trials and sample coordination, Cross country support for production plant - SG01, subcontractor within SEA region.
