Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Sea Logistics Sales are the business development arm of our Customer Care team. You will spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business as well as work hand in hand with the Customer Care colleagues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company’s products and services, and identify sales opportunities
  • Profile & develop business relationships with prospective Sea Logistics customers through regular face-to-face engagement
  • To develop solutions for customers based on detailed understanding of their requirements
  • To take pricing decisions in alignment with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • To prepare, submit and follow up quotations to the customers
  • Record Customer facing activity in CRM system meeting desired activity targets
  • Build a portfolio of new business Customers with a key focus on Customer growth and profitability of your portfolio
  • Contribute to UK organization growth targets by meeting volume targets as a minimum
