• Solution design: Define the solution required to deliver the customer promise
• Operational success: Define operational practices for Customer Care Locations and Operational Care Centers that are sustainable to maintain the customer
• Growth: Set up the customer for long-term partnership and growth
• Stakeholder assingment: Ensuring the right teams are involved
• Leading without authority: Driving team collaboration across teams and countries
• Communication: Provide clear scope on the implementation, continuous updates and task visibility to all involved parties
• Delivery: Delivering what was sold/promised in a collaborative effective manner
• Perform risk assessments on customer requirements pre + post submission of selling rates, highlighting any financial or operational risks
• Maintain all open projects updated, with key issues, and work with executive sponsors to clear roadblocks to ensure resources availability and timelines are kept.
• Take on strategic initiatives on a national level that drive local and global goal
