Job Description: PrinCipal Accountabilities: Operations: · Ensuring all MARS Purchase Orders (PO) are correctly placed into Oracle system for all sea shipments · Tracking shipments status and providing dialing updated. · Running GIT report on Oracle and sending it on daily basis. · Ensuring the accuracy of all data field for all PO’s in Oracle · Ensuring available for sale process going smooth through daily operational meetings with MLS. · Maintaining SFDA inputs as part of sea clearance operations. · Doing the Reversals on SAP for Saudi. Relevant Quantitative and Budget Information · Financial Staff Other Job Specifications Education & Professional Qualification A degree graduate in business or supply chain Knowledge/Experience SAP (ATLAS) at Mars side Oracle at Distributor’s side 0-2 years within a supply chain or related field work experience (preferably in FMCG).
